It’s not often we get asked to do a collaboration with our local butcher's shop. But then it’s not often your local butcher is as hipster as ours! Being a bottle shop and a butchers, they know a thing or two about beer; so when they came to brew with us, we knew we had to make a beast of a beer!

We love a mental Christmas beer and this year our idea was so mental we called in a bit of back-up. Enter Drygate and long-time collaborators StuBrew and this year's Errant Christmas Cock-Up: Biscuit of Burden.
An imperial mild brewed with seven kinds of malt and triple fortified with heaps and heaps of biscoff speculoos biscuit, it's a heady brew full of malty goodness. It's the absolute definition of a winter warmer.

The first in a series of collabs we've smashed out this September. Dominion is a true New World Oatmeal Pale Ale. An extra pale malt and oat base liberally covered with Nelson Sauvin & Kohatu and dry hopped with even more of New Zealand's finest.

The next in our series of collaborations with Newcastle University's own Stu Brew. Shovelbeast is a super fruity Red Berry Saison brewed with heaps and heaps of pulped raspberry and cranberry and backed up with the unique flavours that only saison yeast can give. Named after Stu Brew's Chris O'Malley after he beasted the brewery's mash tun challenge. Also it's red.

A long time dream brew for us, we put our heads together with the young 'uns at Newcastle Uni's StuBrew and the Ouseburn Coffee Company's finest roasters to bring you this ludicrous caffeine-heavy Espresso Stout. It's a malt heavy stout fortified with some tasty hops and a huge blast of coffee.
