A big juicy mix of Hallertau Blanc and Amarillo give Secret Smile it’s unique hop profile. Built on a pale malt base and fermented with US yeasts, it’s a classic IPA for the gateway to the summer months.
'A pale malt base carries Hallertau Blanc leaf and a big Amarillo dry hop charge.’
SEE: Pale Gold
SMELL: Citrus, White Grape
TASTE: White Grape, Stone Fruits
Not sure if getting hoppier or just cultivating mass... This is one big musclebound freak of an IPA. A grist of pale malt, and oats carries Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic Leaf and a thick 15g/L dry hop charge of Ekuanot and Citra gives Cultivating Mass its huge hoppy profile.
‘Not sure if getting hoppier or just cultivating mass...’
SEE: Hazy Straw
SMELL: Tropical Fruits
TASTE: Pineapple, Citrus

When we were asked by Newcastle’s Mean Eyed Cat to create a beer that paired with Mediterranean street food, we went a little bit mad. The result is just your run-of-the-mill Sangria Sour. Y’know one of those things. A big fusion of oranges, berry fruits, wine flavours, oak undertones and that signature sour tang. Oh, and it’s red.
‘A unique blend of Mediterranean flavours and sour tastes.’
Style: Sangria Sour
SEE: Peach Haze
SMELL: Berry Fruits, Citrus
TASTE: Orange, Berry Fruits, Oak
